I've done this. Its slow, 40% of cracking the gathered ARPs. Hardly works because WEPspoon is slow and usually gives up on its self and just hangs.

It worked twice but the signal is hardly worth the effort.

i regularly hack wep networks, its so convenient. for the record, unless the user is retarted wpa cannot be hacked. only if they set their passphrase to a dictionary word can it be hacked. if anyone has an intel 3945 network card i can give you the backtrack commands to hack a network in less than 10 minutes. no kidding.

I tried cracking WEP not to long ago... It didnt work out, don't know what I was doing wrong... Used Backtrack 3.

What I really want to try next is to hack DSL modem for free internet or uncap speed
