can any1 explain what actually does this thing do..??i mean some mechanism..because I have tried and it has not worked for me..So I thought I should give it another shot after learning what actually this thing does,,???

Well... Let's say you have are trying to download a file that has no seeds. You download and store the .torrent file somewhere on your hdd. Go to the reannouncer and upload your torrent there. And then hit the Reannounce button.

It will show a list of the available trackers that host that particular file. Select one tracker then Download the .torrent again.

Voila!

Note: if you were downloading a pack from a specific tracker, you will, most likely, not find another tracker.

The only problem with this is most of the alternative trackers usually are counting the hosts from the original tracker 2 or 3 months ago. At least that's how it works in my experience.

However there have been a few occasions where this has worked so it is worth a try if you desperately need something I guess.

This would be great if it worked with private trackers.
