Thread: Attention Comcast/Xfinity Users

Hi I live in brazil and when I move to USA I will NEVER subscribe to this comcast. so my ISP (Cabo Telecom) does not care what I do on the internet. they allow torrents and other P2P and the rules are not so strict like comcast

I found on the internet that in business hours, cabo telecom throttles traffic but ONLY in business hours (mon/fri) 1PM to 6 PM

Also I use gmail so gmail allows torrent invite mails and I love gmail because is the best email provider so trust me I live in a country which has No DMCA and other copyright laws also there are no copyright organizations like RIAA MPA etc
