Hopefully these tips will help me to avoid getting burned like I just did on PTP. There less than one day and banned cuz my inviter was caught cheating :(

I too got caught by the same inviter, now my PTP is disabled. I was doing so well too. Will I be able to come back on that tracker? Sigh...might have to be more careful next time.

I also figured out a new way to find out if a proof has been tampered with.

I like the tips they are very helpful. But maybe I dont uderstand how this helps you catch a ratiocheater? What is a ratiocheater anyhow? Is it someone who modifies their torrent program to give incorect info back to the tracker? Thats how I understood it. I dont see how this tells you how to catch that?
Maybe someone could enlighten me?

I think OP meant spotting people who give photoshoped/not theirs screenshots with ratio proofs to invites giver, registering on new tracker and doing something awkward, thus messing up invitee's reputation.
Just thought that I would add that sometimes it's useful to look at that persons post history. If they have requested for example 10 invites in a very short period of time, or as a very new member it may be a sign of trouble.
To see a post history click on their name, click on the Statistics Tab in the window that opens and then click on the show all posts by this user button.
