give a positive rep if the member helped you, if he doesn't so give him a negative one


3-in the first post of the first page you can give thanks to this mumber

I thought that you need to have 50 posts before you can rep someone, but it obviously isn't so, so can someone tell me what are current requirements for being able to rep someone?

Yes it is. :)

It builds reputation and when someone helps you or give you invite, give them rep+ this will make them happy. =)
