50gb space should be enough for most users, is it torrentflux or utorrent? 250mb will probably be able to handle 4-5 torrents running at once.

the 47 dollar price tag is rather hefty. u can go with the T-I seedbox , it gives 20gb for 25 usd, not too bad compared to the one above
