Hi,
Some people like me, like to use Deluge for torrent but Deluge don't have a good RSS like rutorrent for the moment.
There are others ways to do that Flexget, etc.
But for me, I like to I use a "dirty" tricks to that :)
Here is a tutorial on how to do this :
Requirement :
Deluge and rutorrent installed on your seedbox.
Deluge local client on your PC to managed your seedbox.
Why do we need to have the local client when we have the web client ?
Because the web client of Deluge don't allow us to activated/managed plugins :)
If you don't know how to connect your local Deluge client with your seedbox here is a tutorial that I found on Feral.
https://www.feralhosting.com/faq/view?question=76
First step :
You need to activate the AutoAdd plugin of Deluge on your local client.
After that a new option "AutoAdd" will appear on your preferences.
Second step :
There you need to add the folder where rtorrent work as watch folder on deluge.
For example : ~/rtorrent/work
Third step :
Go to your rutorrent interface and add a feed.
Next go to the RSS Downloader interface and create a new rule
Here you can edit anything link the regexp or the interval.
After that don't forget to check the "Don't start the download automatically " we want deluge to do that :p
Fourth step :
Rutorrent will add the .torrent to his work directory when a torrent match the rule and Deluge will automatically pick it and download.
Fifth step :
The con of this method, you have to clean the rutorrent interface of torrents downloaded by Deluge.
Hope that it'll help somebody. If you have any question, I'll try to help.
If someone has a better method don't hesitate to post it ;)
