Is whatbox down today, I cant access it through ftp.


Is working through ftpzilla though, grrr this ftp stuff is giving me headaches.

Flex plan here, still running here, just had ro reboot seedbox once so far, its been about 8 days now

Well there down again. Not a big deal but its taken me two days to transfer 38gb off ftp, and sometimes when i try to resume it does not work and i have to start over again, its frustrating.

ok well I am down also right now, this is not good, just opened a ticket, we"ll see how long it take to respond

I have 20 days left, just might be moving soon if this keeps up

I start with unmetered plans, but upload and download was very slow 2-3 MB, as 2 days i switched to flex plans, the speed are amazing hot torrents get 20-30 MB dl/up, but with 1.5GB traffic will be low, easy can use 100MB everyday.

in 10 days i got server down 2 times, the first time the server having some issues with it's load was restart as in 5 minutes and now wait for sysops to reboot.

if you use the box only to seed (in traffic limite) is ok, but if you wan do cross seed, create torrents, the box is slow

up and running now, they had about 2 hrs of downtime

I signed up for the Flex 1 plan yesterday. By the second day of my plan, I've been able to seed 350gb.

You have to pay with PayPal (a minus to some). The account was ready to use as soon as I paid. You have to manually add months, which means no recurring bills on your credit card.

The account comes set up with rTorrent but allows you to switch to Deluge. You can access your files by http or ftp. FTP speeds have been 300kb to 700kb. Not too impressive.... I often get at least 9mbit down or more.

Speeds vary. I've seen uploads reach 8mb/s but they usually stick around 2-4mb/s. Downloads can be very fast though but I've seen it peak at 16mb/s.

So far (less than 2 days, mind you) it seems like $15 well spent. I will respond later when I get to the end of my month.

My only concern is now it looks like at this trajectory I will hit my 1.5tb upload cap within the week. Does anyone have experience with switching plans?

If anyone has any questions I will be glad to answer.

Flex 2 is down right now(again)

Zykorn: what server are you on? I'm on taco and I haven't had the downtimes you've been experiencing. So I'm guessing the problem isn't service wide.
