    Name: Whatbox.ca
Package: Quark Unmetered / Heat+ ("+" means increase traffic)

    My evaluation:

    Speed: 10/10
    Support: 10/10
    Interface: 10/10

    I've tried their service twice.
As for the speed, both of them are stable. They reached their max speed frequently.
So I will give it a 10 for speed.

Support is good. It's quite efficient.
They answered my question really fast when I opened tickets.
Most questions are answered within 1 hour.
Sometimes they answered my question within 5 minutes.
It's the fastest one in all seedboxes I've used.

Interface is very easy to use and friendly to customer. You can reboot the box by clicking on the button.
In addition, they can move your data from another providers to their box for free, which is also convenient.

In Heat plan, if you run out of traffic and you still have many days left,
you can ask them to upgrade your box to a higher one by sacrificing some days.
(It's done instantly. No need to wait.) It's flexible.

Basically this one is enough for most of the circumstances.

This is a really great seedbox host. When I first started with whatbox, I picked a server which had really bad ftp download speeds (a problem with my provider and not whatbox). I opened up a support ticket and whatbox was able to switch my account w/files to another server. I haven't had a hiccup since. Highly recommended.

This is my 2ed seedbox and the speed / service are great.
I also use SFTP (a bit slow) and
SSH Tunneling (easy setup and fast).

    I love it!

I love the speed, the GUI etc. Next month I will buy more storage, because with that speed it will get full fast :P

Whatbox has been flawless. The speeds for seeding are excellent. Downloading FTP speeds could be a tad faster but in all the service is excellent. I love that you can pay monthly as well.

Im a complete newbie when it comes to seedboxes and this couldnt have been easier to use. I made my purchase today and within 5 minutes i had a slot available on their server. The speeds are incredibly fast, Im unsure on how they would stack up to a dedicated server but it easily hit over 20 Mb/s download. The WebUI interface default is rtorrent, which is very similar to the utorrent client so that is what im using now.

I highly recommend this seedbox if your just starting out

    Name - Whatbox.ca

    Speed - 10/10
~The speeds were always great for me. So far I've downloaded huge files that would have taken me about a week here on my home connection. The highest I've gotten so far is about 60 mb/s downloading and 58 mb/s uploading.

    Support - 10/10
~I have not had any problems with support. I'm a total noob when it comes to this stuff and I must say that whatbox.ca made everything go very smoothly for me. I just popped into their IRC and there was always someone there to help me, give me advice, and show me various tutorials on their very easy to understand wiki. I also had a request to change something for my seedbox so I created support ticket which basically notifies staff of a personal issue of yours. They sent me a response about an hour and a half after I sent it.

    GUI - 10/10
~The website wiki is very organized and it is very easy to manage your files on your account. I also thought there file browser, Helm, was very responsive and user friendly. As for the torrent client GUI, you can choose from 3, rTorrent, Deluge, and Transmission. I tried them all out but rTorrent was the one I felt most comfortable with so I used that one. It's really easy to switch between each client GUI though.

    Speed of GUI - 10/10
~Nothing wrong here. Pretty much the same feeling as my bit-torrent client on my PC.

Package - $15 Flex plan with 200 GB of space and a 1.50 TB data limit (take in mind it's only upload that's counted!). 9/10
~I think the price is great and definitely worth it. I do sometimes wish I had more space but, according to my needs, 200 GB is really just enough. It's very easy to transfer files to and from the seedbox so the size hasn't really been an issue for me. As for the 1.50 TB data cap, I probably won't even upload that much in a month so it's also not a big deal.

    Payment - 10/10
~Payment was very smooth. I love how it's a pay-as-you-go system. No recurring fees, no companies you have to sign up for to be able to pay. Just take 5 minutes to enter my information, and BAM, you have a seedbox all ready for you to start leeching and seeding things on.

    Average Rating - 9.8/10
~If I could describe whatbox.ca in one word, it would be easy. Easy payment, easy usage, easy information, easy customer service. I asked around here on T-I about the best seed-box for beginners and was immediately directed to whatbox.ca by many users here in T-I. I wanted an easy seedbox provider and I got it. Now I'm not saying hard-core P2P file sharers need other seedbox providers. This one is perfectly equipped for your P2P needs. So if you're searching for a good, easy first seedbox to purchase, I highly recommend whatbox.ca. It's doing great for me.

I apologize for not having a rating myself, seeing as so far whatbox has been my only seedbox. I will say that it has been very, very easy to use, but I have a question to ask.

How would you all compare the Heat Tier 2 Plan (500gb/5tb) to Seedboxes.cc's Gremlin Box?
