Just taking a quark plan and have the same error. Seems to be a problem with the automatic installation of the slots, so they do it manually.

I'm waiting for the server to post my review ;)

Have the box since many hours and it works great for the moment. The GUI is fast, but a bit slow on the evening, when there are many people on it
Speeds are good on ruTorrent and FTP. Give a SSL secured on FTP and HTTP, SSH access to the box and HTTP direct download.
Automatic settings up of the slots seems to be bugged but the support have manually installed the box within few hours.

Box was setup immediately as soon as i finished paypal cashout... the rutorrent GUI is the smoothest i've came across to date i have the 100mbit 250 gig package Speeds are great considering and the price is more than fair. Max speeds i've seen so far are 8MB/s down and 4 up but that was within 10 mins of box being put up....if anything changes will post back

I signed up for the $25 unmetered plan and have been using them for over a week now. They got me setup right away, so there was no wait time. Speeds are pretty good, specially the FTP download with cuteFTP, average 20mbps download with my 25mbps connection. They give you a free proxy server with the plan and I love it, I have been using it with uTorrent at home. The one downside is rTorrent (web version of uTorrent) is very sluggish for me but I have 50+ active torrents so maybe that is the cause. I can't complain about the rest. I haven't had the need for support yet so I won't rate that.

I started out with the unmetered 225GB plan, Slot was setup instantly soon as i pressed pay with paypal i had login details in email. The unmetered plans are great for the price. I constantly got speeds of around 12-20 MB/s down and 5-6 up. Mid month just out of curiosity i switched to the metered plan same price 50 more gigs...and faster 150mbit connection ( this isn't right i think it's just a shared 1gbit that they advertise as 150) I hit speeds on the metered box of over 60MB/s fastest i've ever seen on a seedbox. The box has hit 30 Down and 22 up at the same time. For 25 bucks you can't go wrong there is a 3.5 TB limit on the metered plan, which with these speeds u will no doubt hit but for 25 bucks to almost guarantee you get 3.5TB for the month it's a steal.

Support their IRC channel is great almost always multiple ops on, and they have bots with commands where you can instantly change settings and check your data usage / diskspace. All in all great service great pricing can't imagine there is better out there for the prices they offer.

This image is the first torrent i loaded after switching to the Metered Flex plan....the speeds are ridiculous for the price plus u get 275Gigs.... using FXP i actually hit speeds over 65MB/s

I just signed up with them a week ago and have been very impressed so far as a first time seedbox user. The set-up was near instantaneous and it was easy to jump right in and start seeding without having to read any manuals. I'm definitely now addicted to the world of seedboxes and Whatbox took my cherry. The base plan does share with 11 users, while $25 plans and up only have 5-7 users (thinking about making the upgrade).

Support has been touch and go, I was initially thrilled with support as my first two support tickets I got a reply within minutes! My last 3 tickets however have averaged 24 hour waits, so I'm not sure what's going on there. My tickets were about switching to their flex metered plans, which offers 150Mbps speeds. I'm still waiting for them to switch me over as slots are open, not sure what the issue is.

This may be a good thing, however, as I may just want to stay on my unmetered! I've found that within only 7 days I've seeded well over 600GB+ of data, probably downloaded around 100GB easily. If that's my average for a week, 1.5GB metered might not be my best option.

So bottom line, if you're active with your seedbox, the $15 unmetered plan is a HUGE value. Support could use some work, but they may be struggling to keep up as they are always selling out of plans. If the plan you want is sold out check back in every few days, they do add new servers all the time.

    * Upstream traffic alloted per billing period (this value notably excludes download, and personal file management (FTP, HTTP)). In the event of you exceeding this limit, your upstream connection will be capped to 5 Mbit/s for the remainder of that billing period.

I am noticing i am only getting the same upload speeds as well. I joined a seedbox for the better uploads, now im wondering if its worth it?

My second issue is after i donwload files, i have to use an ftp to transfer to my pc. The web gui wont show a folder. Not a big issue but its taking me 3 hours to move a blu ray from ftp zilla to my pc. Is this normal??
