    Name: SeedBoxOne
Speed: 1 GBIT (as mentioned on their web page)
    Support: 10/10 (Email and Skype)
    GUI: uTorrent WebUI v.0.370
    Speed of GUI: 8/10
Package: When you order through their website you can choose HDD space and the price changes (min 50GB / max 500GB)
Price: £6.99 per month for 50GB HDD space.
    Overall rating: 3/10
My experience varied to be honest, I could hit 20MB/s down but up less than 6MB/s if i was lucky most times KB/s or none at all even on fresh torrents from various sites.
Danny was always helpful though and tried to help

I signed up for their service at 75gb of harddrive space and paid in full. Now it's been 2 and a half days and I have yet to receive login details for my seedbox or any acknowledgment from them at all regarding my payment. Their website specifically states that the boxes are setup instantly. This is far from instant. I have so far emailed them twice, first on the day i made the payment after waiting 5 hours and not seeing a confirmation email and login details and then today again. So far I have received no response from their customer support email (not even a "we have received your email and will get back to you asap" auto response). I'll be giving them 1 more day before I dispute the payment with paypal and get my money back. I expect to be compensated in some way or even if they do get back to me I may still get my money back.

    Update:

Danny got a hold of me and got me setup. Apparently he had personal issues that resulted in delays in the service. I'm satisfied with his reasons and he gave me an extra 3 days service to compensate me for the delay. I've updated my ratings to reflect my overall satisfaction with the service. Only issue I have is that the upload speed for this connection speed that it is advertised as (1gbit) is horrendous. My home connection (25Mbps) uploads 5-10 times faster on the same exact torrent than this seedbox does most of the time. The highest upload speed I've seen is around 1.5MB/s. Not even close to what it should be.

    Name:SeedBoxOne
    Speed:1Gbit
    Support:10/10
    GUI:uTorrent WebGUI. v0.385
Speed of GUI: Very fast, compared to the ruTorrent client I have with Xirvik. Therefore seedboxone gui = 10/10
Package: uTorrent Plan with 50 GB of space
    Price: £6.99/month
    Overall rating: 7/10

I have been with SeedBoxOne for over 4 months now so i think i am ready to write a review.

For me the most important thing is

    UPLOAD SPEEDS:

The maximum upload speed i have seen with this box is not one which you would expect to see on a 1Gbit box. Although the max upload speed might have happened when i wasn't monitoring the box (i.e. at night when i sleep).
Anyway, the max upload speed i saw was, if i remember right, ~8 MB/s which converts to 64 Mbps. I know the seedbox is shared, probably shared among quite a lot of people (i'd say at least 10), but still,I think the speeds should be at least 12 MB/s (that's the max on a 100 Mbps connection). Thanks to Torrent-Invites.com I am now a part of many big private trackers so there is absolutely no problems with large number of peers connecting to me so i don't see how that could cause the 'slower-than-expected' speeds.
Before joining big private trackers I was VERY HAPPY with the box. It had everything I needed . The average upload speed of ~3 MB/s was perfectly enough for smaller private trackers and public trackers (TPB) where i didn't care much about ratio, i only cared about the fact that I share something with the community. Which is a good feeling.
However , when ratio became an important thing , the box's performance was not enough.
I still use it though because it's awesome (and also because I have decided to rent another box too , with Xirvik. I have 2 boxes now, 1 for ratioless stuff and one for strict ratio keeping). I don't have to keep my computer on all night to seed torrents. The seedbox does it for me, at an average upload speed of ~3 MB/s.

    So: Max up : ~8 Megabytes/sec , average up : ~ 3 Megabytes/sec

    The next thing is

    DOWNLOAD SPEEDS:

P-E-R-F-E-C-T. Max i've seen is 18 Megabytes/sec. Good enough . (For me anyway)

    SUPPORT:
Also perfect. I have emailed support quite a few times and i have ALWAYS received an answer. Usually within 24 hours. I have figured 1 thing out, or at least i think i figured out, it is that SeedBoxOne is being run by 1 guy, and 1 guy alone called Danny (not writing surname for privacy reasons) . He is always helpful and tries to reply within 24 hours. To sum up, support is great.

1 more thing I would like to add to my UPLOAD SPEEDS section is that when I have many torrents active the seedbox tends to allocate most of the bandwidth and connection to 1 or 2 torrents even though all of the torrents are active with many peers connected to them. So for example out of the 9 active torrents , only 2 will be seeded with full speed, the rest will be seeded with like 10-30 KB/s . First I thought that's how all boxes work, but then I got a Xirvik . . . A world of change... I will soon do a review about Xirvik too.

SeedBoxOne was my first seedbox and for the money (even though i have found cheaper alternatives since then) i think it is worth it. Ok-ish up speeds, brilliant down speeds and fantastic support. If you are looking for your first seedbox, i'd recommend SeedBoxOne.

    Name: SeedBoxOne
    Speed: 1 GBIT down/up
Support: I'm afraid to call what they label as "support"....truly support.
    GUI: uTorrent WebUI v0.380 WIP
    Speed of GUI: ?
    Package: 115 GB
    Price: $12
    Overall rating: 1/10

So Pretty much I read some reviews here and they had a fair price at $12/mo. So I went there, signed the subscription and waited...They say "instant setup!" so I wait a day, 2...you know maybe the guy is busy...I send e-mail, no reply, I contact them on Skype, no reply, at this point i'm getting frustrated so I filed a complaint with Paypal. Guess what? NOT EVEN THAT solved anything, after 10 <--- days, Danny sends me an e-mail "So is everything set?" and i'm just wondering how I can even start...I start off by explaining the situation and how they only replied after 10 days not even being helpful at all.

Then after 2 more days he says "Oh the information has been sent" so I checked my spam folders, trash...nothing. I tell him that and he says "Would you like your information?" -_-
So i tell him "Look I really want to solve this...just send me my information, i'll remove the claim on paypal and you give me one month of service which is what I paid for, and if you guys solve this issue I may continue service" Guess what??? He hasn't even replied to that! I wanted to solve and let them keep the money but Danny is such a great businessman that he opts to just ignore the customers!
HORRIBLE SERVICE, I'm just amazed on the positive reviews it received...honestly.

SBO is having some HDD problems on one of their servers . Unfortunately, this problem is on the server I am on.
So far it seems all my data (49.57 Gb) is lost . Danny is working on the issue, however, I have sent 2 emails and waited 3 working days and still haven't received a reply. This is disappointing and if I do not get my data back, I will switch to another seedbox provider.

I chose another provider on the third day of no response from Danny. If he was able to at least keep me updated "this is going on, i'm working on this, by xxx everything should be set" It would make things much smoother, at least show you give a damn about me as a customer, but ignoring is just immature and unprofessional. (He still hasn't responded ever since I sent him my last e-mail by the way...just to let you guys know...)
