Still waiting for a response from Gamestuff regarding the support ticket.

To make matters worse I went over the 625gig HDD quota and ruTorrent said that i had to delete some stuff and that my download would be limited to 1k. I've deleted stuff now but its still limiting me to only 1k download. Edit: I've fixed the problem, it seems that when you go over the HDD space limit they tell that your speed is limited to 1kbps and to delete stuff.(which i did) 1 hour and half later i'm wodering why i'm still limited to 1k, then i realise that i had to manually set the rutorrent upload back to unlimited which had been changed to 1kbps.

I'm beginning to think that it was a big mistake to go with Gamestuff. Obviously for some people their box is great but it has not been my experience.

I've checked out the purchase screen and noticed something that i didn't see the first time "recurring monthly payment". I hope they don't automatically charge me for another month which at the moment i don't want.

I've now filled out a support ticket, i've PMed gamestuff here on T-I and have emailed their sales department................

Please keep in mind that Support tickets are the best place to solve issues. That being said, multiple tickets about a single issue, multiple forms of contact ie: email, PM, ticket, pm on Mirc only slow problems being solved as alot of the times these methods are not linked so i end up solving the same persons problem 3-4 times.

Also, this is a review thread, not a support thread. I honestly never check this thread, I have no issues with reviews being posted which reflect your experiences whether they may be good or bad but please keep the support questions to our official thread in the advertising forum.

The torrents I am loading are old torrents with very few leechers which I disagree with. They have saiid that if I an not happy with the seedbox that should cancel which I will. Some people are seeing good results with their gamestuff so my ex

Experience with them has not been. Dont let my experience deter u from going with them cause it seems for a lot of people their boxes are good

Actually the response stated that the torrents you were adding were past their prime seed times, not that they were necessarily old. Unfortunately to maximize a 1gbps box you need to be a "scene whore" which means you need to get those torrents within minutes. If you download a scene release 5-6 hours after its been uploaded you will have a TON of people who have already leeched and are fully seeding, but that does not make them old at all, just very well seeded. In this case the high leecher counts actually hurt your stats, not help them.

Also, we suggested to try the 100mbps box because we felt it would suit you better. Unfortunately with your usage any 1gbps box will preform the same.

Sorry you feel like our services have failed you but i guess it just goes to show we can't please everyone. :)
