    Since the very first time I subscribed to this seedbox, I had problem after problem. First I had to wait almost a week to get my login and they kept e-mailing me to tell sorry, a slot will be free within 24h for sure or we will add this and that to your account. I got that kind of email at least 3 times before getting anything. After that there's was issue setting up my ftp access. Then I used the support because I did not have upload right to my ftp, took them a day or 2 to reply saying ''we've tried your access and we were able to download fine'' while the point of the request was that I couldn't ''upload''. After that I contacted because I saw an option to stream video file from the seedbox web client to watch streaming from VLC or media player. They say oh sorry we will check with tech support. A day or 2 later I am told that ''why don't you just download it to your computer?'' and this function is not going to be activated because it will put too much strain on the server but yet they still left the button for that streaming option on the seedbox even after I had complained.
    then they had maintenance and I lost all the extra add-on and extra gb they added to make up for all the problem they had getting my seedbox activated and it took them a few days to figure out that I had extra GB and fix my profile (I had around 111gb on my seedbox and my account got locked back to 90 gb so I couldn't do anything without removing dozen of gb) Then I couldn't access my server or my billing account anymore about 3 weeks ago. They fixed that but ALL my data was lost like they had just erased my profile from the seedbox! I got upset of course and they were like ''Sorry it never happen but you should have backed up your stuff anyway, here's 7 free days of subscription''. I was so pissed I wanted to switch back to xirvik who have lesser plan but way better service but I continued with mr.seedbox because all the extra stuff they added to my plan because of all their screw up made it hard to go for a lesser plan. Then on the 19 of november, I try to connect and the seedbox is down, I contact them again, they say our tech support will look into it. On the 21 I get an email saying it should be working, I connect to the box and low and behold! All my data is gone again! I only have 1 message waiting on the box from admin dating from the 19 (the day I couldn't connect) saying ''we're going to have maintenance on the 21, back up your data because you might lose it''. Thanks alot, that's very useful now! They didn't even sent an e-mail and they did not mention anything at all when I contacted them about the server being down which lead me to believe it was no ordinary maintenance. So I had all my data lost twice in the same month and my ratio went down the drain because I had to re-download some of it as some torrent was not done seeding.

    Moral of the story, you get what you pay for folks and it this case, I can't possibly recommend mr.seedbox
