    Default Leaseweb.com

Name: LeaseWeb offers Dedicated Hosting, Colocation, Enterprise and Cloud Solutions
    Speed: 100mbit | 4TB/mo traffic
    Support: 10/10
    GUI: 10/10
    Speed of GUI: 10/10
    Package: dedicated server
    Price: $50 | 160gb | 1gb ram | core duo
    Overall rating: 10/10

Having a server in the Netherlands is a nice touch and what initially brought me to them (besides their reputation in the torrent community). Their service has been insanely fast and I haven't had an issue yet they couldn't fix. I needed something that could double as a seedbox and a webhost for a tracker so a dedicated server seemed like my only real option. I had to setup everything myself but it isn't a difficult process. The traffic limit does worry me a bit but so far I haven't run into any issues with it. I was also given a bigger hard drive and 1 more gig of RAM then I purchased. Free upgrades rock!

    I would highly recommend Leaseweb!

    Fastest speed update:
    U: 6mbps D: 12mbps

Edit: On usenet I was able to hit 12MBps so I think thats pretty much the max.

Leaseweb is a guarantee when it comes to peering. I can confirm that because Feral Hosting (my seedbox provider) uses Leaseweb as network provider as well.

Haha the tracker wont be anything cool. Its just for personal use when I want something more reliable then the already public trackers (just to send stuff to friends/coworkers etc).

The torrent speeds are great! Upload 3mb download 6mb so far but thats only because I havent connected to anyone who can push my connection yet. Tones of head room

leaseweb provides reasonable prices for personnel dedi server for seedbox other than OVH dedi

I am not familiar with any linux distros(Debian Lenny..)

which os should I pick 32-bit Debian Lenny for my first dedi?

all I need is root access via SSH with 32-bit DEbian Lenny

    anyone can tell me?

it is ok just follow MIkeD tutorials Debian/Ubuntu Dedicated Server Setup

I wanna buy one from leaseweb if I am do it myself!

Yeah like you stated follow MikeD's wonderful guide. I went with Ubuntu for my dedi since I had experience using it before. I have tried other distros and I'm pretty sure all of them use less resources then Ubuntu...BUT with Ubuntu you get a HUGE support database so finding answers to questions via google are easier then easy.

Honestly though, any linuxOS you chose will be lightweight and all of them are designed with less resources in mind. Ubuntu works flawlessly for me and don't see a reason to change.

Everyone seems to be switching to Leaseweb from OVH.

Thats Xirvik, Feral & RapidSpeeds all selling .NL as opposed to OVH.

Speeds are better, peering is better, and Leaseweb are putting over 80Gbps of peering in the USA in the next 6-8months.

A Company with a 1.2Tbps network who is still expanding is worth business in my eyes.
