Well I bit the bullet as I was not sure of which provider to go with, so I took the first one I looked at. The silver package has a 100GB of space although I have been over this in my first few days. it has some fantastic speeds, sppedtest.net reports 497.138 d/l and 575.199 u/l this with 4 torrents running.

Now in the first few days being a complete idiot when it comes to technical stuff or jargon, I had 2 problems with the usage first I had no idea how to use the box although the instructions that come with the faq section are quite comprehensive, secondly I had no idea how to use FTP. Here comes the good bit the ticket system support was very fast at getting me the help and instructions I needed, whats more the guy had the patience of a saint sending me detailed screenshots of how the FTP client should look and how to log in.

The cost of all this a mere pittance. So if you are looking for somewhere that gives you all the assistance you need and probably more. check these out.

One word of warning though ask all your questions about the box before you join as they do not give refunds but they will help you resolve most problems.
