    So far I've used seedboxes for 4 months and for 3 months (not in row as it's not necessary for me) it was seedboxes from Seedmonster. My first seedbox in my life was quite cheap and to be honest even cheaper than Seedmonster but I had some problems, few offline days and eventually the company stopped to exist and I don't even remember their name. So I was curious how the quality would be but I think I've found my lifetime box provider. Speeds were amazing (the maximum I achieved was 57 MB/s http://image.torrent-invites.com/images/695wootwoot.png ) , box was up the whole month I built some nice buffers @ SCC, TL and BCG :) . I didn't use FTP for download but when I was downloading files thru Firefox I managed to fully use my poor home line (2 MB/s download = 250 kB/s) . I hope it's enough :)

    This is my second box (after a bad vps experience), and my first box from SeedMonster, so I was a bit concerned on which provider to go with. And i must say I'm very happy with this box. The box is great, good speed (well dependent of the number of seeds/peers). The 72h setup time (where some other provider get instant/24h setup time) is the only downside I can find, but you are warned before ordering and in the confirmation mail.

    I highly recommend.

    This is my first experience using a seedbox.
    I have been waiting 84+ hours now for the setup of the seedbox although the website states it would take 72 hours maximum.
    Two queries I lodged with support have not been answered.

    At the moment I am very unhappy with the service provided to me.

    I have been using seedmonster for more than one year and overall I am satisfied.

    Pros:
    99.9% uptime. Speed as promised

    Cons:
    Customer support takes minimum 12 hrs to reply.

    For one year I have been using their service its gone down 2 time, today being the second. Raised a ticket. Will update on the time taken for response

    Seedmonster just moved to new servers. over 5 Hours of downtime.
    After 5 Hours they sent me the new slot info. But the new servers are completely misconfigured. I could not login to FTP or HTTP with the login details provided. Have mailed them about the issue over 13 hrs ago, still no response. Worst customer support from seedmonster till date.

    This is my first experience using a seedbox.
    I have been waiting 72 hours now for the setup of the seedbox
    and guess what when i received the seedbox found it rtorrent not deluge as request and server location france not luxomberg
    Two queries I lodged with support and tell them about what i get have not been answered !
    At the moment I am very unhappy with the service provided to me. yeah the situation some thing like Aaazo and now i have a problem wih my seedbox and no support tata really I'm disapointed this is my first time to but a seedbox and that happen :(

    After weekend I didn't know that support in weekend :) raul answered me and do what he should to do and he give me almost what i want in a little time and every thing is fine now

    This is my very first seedbox subscription ever and so far it has been very disappointing to say the least. It has been approximately 5 days when I signed up and they took my payment from PayPal within 5 minutes. I sent a support ticket at about 72 hours of waiting, stating what is going on and if there are any issues. On their website advertisement it says 24 Hours setup and now i have been waiting at 120 hours and counting. I finally received a reply on my ticket by a guy name Samad at about a day after i sent the ticket. I will copy and paste directly his message:

    Well, it has been a day over the "few hours" they promise to set me up, and still nothing. I am very upset about this for my first time experience. This is just terrible business. I was even thinking of upgrading to a higher storage subscription if everything would had gone so well. Ugh....

    Well, its been nearing 144 Hours for the wait now and still no feedback from support or anybody. I sent another ticket for refund and also sent a dispute ticket with PayPal for a refund from Raul. I hope they don't give me any grief about giving my money back for non-service and neglect. I cannot recommend this provider. Horrible support, feedback and what seems like false advertisement. I will look for other reputable providers. I wish i had stumbled upon TI first before actually making a purchase from Seedmonster.net, i learned my lesson well and now i will be very very careful in choosing a reputable and reliable service.

    Update Review:

    I was emailed by Raul a couple of days ago. I was given compensation for my frustration and they quickly set up my box. After trying it for a couple of days, the speed has been what i had expected. The speed of the GUI, while not the fastest compared to my own client, it was fast enough to upload torrents. There's not much plugins for viewing information statistics such as disk usage, or speed history etc., nonetheless everything has been pretty stable. I have had no errors or any other technical issues yet, so there is no need to contact support for any technical problem. Raul emailed me detailed instructions on how to properly delete files from the box and all the other important information regarding my account. I am a pleased customer right now.... I just hope i don't get any technical problems in the future as i dread again trying to open another ticket to get support. Hopefully seedmonster.net can really improve on their much needed support response aspect, and if they can provide more detailed types of service, and what you get and other options for their advertisement in their website, like what they have in whatbox.ca ,then they would they would get more recommendations. I will create a follow up review after a month.

    well so far im in love with the download speeds but my upload speeds are bothering me. its only been a few hours that i have had it so i will wait it out.

    Update Review:

    From my history with this provider that you can read up from the above thread, there's never a shortage of issues. A couple of weeks ago they decided to switch my box to another server. Downtime was about 2 days. When i finally got my new box, none of my files from the other box was transferred. I opened a ticket and surprisingly got a response in less than 24 hours from the same guy named Samad. He said that they are transferring my files as we speak and might take up to 48 hours because their switched server is being "heavily used". I waited, still no files. I continued to contact with the same ticket and explained that it has been 120 hours since i have been able to use my box between all these transitions. Samad, apologized and said that their server is being heavily hit with users and it may take another 12-16 hours. I finally got my files at that time, which took about 5 days overall. I downloaded all my files via FTP just in case they try to transfer me to another server again and would lose all my files. I stopped loading any torrents at this time to their box and subscribed to other providers for alternative as my confidence with them has seriously been damaged.

    A few days ago, i got a notification email asking for a renewal subscription for the month of February. Its funny because Raul had given me compensation for my subscription up to 10/04/2012 from the setup debacle that happened previously when i signed up, so i thought. This pretty much had taken all my tolerance and i opened up a ticket for cancellation altogether. Surprisingly, i got a quick reply on that ticket and Raul asked why do i want to cancel. I told him about all the issues and the headaches and he apologized on Samad's incompetence and insisted to stay with them and give them another chance. I told Raul, that i've had enough of it and i subscribed to 2 other seedbox providers.

    I cannot recommend Seedmonster at all. As a first time seedbox subscriber, this was a very bad experience and i really learned a lot from it. They have some serious issues with support and the lack of follow-through with their promises, much less the painstakingly slow setup time. The speed of the downloads and uploads were decent compared to the other providers that i have subscribed with but they are slower overall. I would recommend other seedbox providers who offer instant setup, ridiculously fast support response and some are way more affordable for the competing speed.
