I just placed an order - at least I think I did - for a seedmonster SM03S pkg. I received 2 emails. One said it was an Order Confirmation & the other says Customer Invoice. I chose to pay with Paypal ... does that mean the payment won't come out automatically unless I click the link on the invoice first?

well you need to click the invoice link and checkout with paypal (pay with paypal) then only your order will be processed.

This is my first seedbox and I think it will be my last if they keep up the great speed, price, and service. My only issue is the FTP speed isn't as fast as if I torrented a file myself BUT the servers are in France and I'm in America so the FTP speeds wont be as fast as a domestic seedbox but other than that this box is WELL worth it!

it is more than 30 hours since i paid the bill ,also more than 7 hours since a submit a ticket,why my box still not ready,plz get it ready asap,cause these hours are important to me.

Have they told you anything about how long you'll be able to use it? I ordered mine 2 full days ago now.. If it takes them 3-4 days to set up shouldn't they allow you to use it for another couple days?

they do,there not charging you for a box you don't have yet,just chill they will take good care of you,it takes a bit to get going,you wont be disappointed .

Have you asked when it will be delivered via site live chat?

Hi, what are the Ram and the CPU in the SMSD3 plans and in the SMGX3 plans?

And can you guys dl the data from my current seedbox if i give you the ftp info? what is the fastest way of doing this? (asking you here, opening a ticket...)
