Yes it takes a little bit of time, we are human beings aswell ;) Usually under 24hr for setup.

That's fair enough, however i've paid now 23hrs ago, and not heard a single thing since, just wondering if it's expected to take over 24hrs at the current or? a response to support ticket's wouldn't go unappreciated either, i just hope this isn't your usual response time.

Replies come when the account is about to be setup, and current promised schedule is within 48hrs.
I think i replied to your ticket about an hour ago.

I'm just updating one server before i setup you on it.

Support response times fluctuate as it's mainly only me handling the tickets, sometimes under 30mins, other times a little bit longer, and i usually only reply when i got an solution or something other important to reply to the ticket.

just ordered one of your 2009+ small seedbox for 3 mo yesterday. very much looking forward to using it soon.

Why do i get the problem of the torrent being paused when i upload it? Its a frequent problem. Even when i click on start torrent, it status remains paused :( Once i triend to start rtorrent via SSH by screen rtorrent and it worked....i.e the torrent that was paused worked....But now i see another fresh torrent i upload being paused and when i click on start also, it remains paused :(.....Any idea/tips?

You are over quota, you are using more disk space than allocated for you. Delete some big torrents, and see info tab for your quota info. At the moment ruTorrent shows total free HDD space on the server, not per account.

And you should direct these questions to our support via e-mail :)

Yep i know. I am having the 115GB SB package and i have used around 40 gigs....MayB maximum 50 Gigs....so aroung 60Gis remaining but the torrent isnt working. Other also told me that check if i exceeded the quota but i haven't exceeded it. There are plenty of free space on my box atm but still the torrent isn't working

In that case open a support ticket and i will take a look. If you have unpacked some data, are you certain that you deleted that data? (as it will now show up on ruTorrent).

The bottom display of free space on ruTorrent shows total server free, not per account at the moment (i have to fix this when i got time), so that's not the correct measure.
