Name: Extreme Seed (Extreme Seed - The best shared, semi-dedicated and dedicated seedbox provider)
    Speed: Not listed
Support:Very quick, within 1 day of writing a ticket
    Speed of GUI Fast
Package: Shared Seeder A; 30GB space, unmetered bandwidth, unlimited FTP, HTTP access, unlimited seed count, 9 people per server
    Price: $20 USD
    Overall rating: 6/10

As my very first seedbox, I think I could have done better. One turn-off is that they do not list upload speed (e.g. 100Mbit) for the shared seeder plans--only for semi-dedicated and up. While this does not affect me much most of the time, seeding on What.cd is (or feels) noticeably harder. On the other hand, on trackers like AudioNews I can easily reach speeds of 2MB/s. One thing to note is that you can seed as many torrents as you like. On the other hand, I realize that my box did not fare well in a real test of it's endurance while on the job seeding What.cd.

At first I felt like I was getting a nice deal, but there are other trackers out there that offer more storage at the $20 price point and are more upfront about your upload speed.

When you said unlimited FTP, do you mean unlimited ftp bandwidth or unlimited ftp accounts?

I meant unlimited FTP bandwidth. Sorry, I should have been more specific.

That makes more sense than, I didn't think they allowed you to create custom accounts and resell their service. A bit expensive though, since it's not what I thought it was. I might check them out just as a trial. Thanks!

Not cheap, but I have a seedbox with 100Gb storage, unlimited upload and download, vnc access to the server and a dedicated IP.

You get what you pay for, tried cheaper seedbox set-ups and have been stitched up.

Yeah, there's probably better deals out there for $20/mo. I'm new to the seedbox market, so I'm not that surprised I didn't get a great box the first time. I'm definitely going to look harder at what I'm going to do about a new box provider.
