    Ultraseeds was my first choice but since they strung me along I went for Xirvik and so far the customer service has been shall we say less than satisfactory. One more email and then I request refund and maybe ultraseeds.. Glad dtox had a positive experience.

    JustJenna, TankGirl, Forbidden have passed muster ;)

    I ordered mine last week and have gotten any response from them, so I've used paypal to dispute saying I want a refund as I'm going to go elsewhere... Wouldn't bother with these people until they start getting their act together!

    It's been two days and two more emails since the "ETA" of getting it up and running... Still no word.. This is ridiculous

    Update since my last post...

    I am continuing to battle with them. I have demanded a refund several different times now that they keep giving me runarounds like "It will be available shortly, please wait one more day". My account still isn't active and it has been thirteen days since I placed my order and seven strongly worded emails.

    dtox, do you have an update for us? Is your account working?

    I purchased a Bronce on March 11 and got the box the next day the 12
    they only problem i got is that they dont keep track of how many gb users use i had 120gb on my box and it says the hd was full when my plan is for 200gb

    With this seedbox I have some problems.
    I make the payment and detail arrived after 24 hours.
    The first day I downloaded about 15 torrents.
    Next day when I opened the computer the torrents disappeared from Webui.
    My luck was that I found the torrents in FTP.And I redownload via VNC all torrents again.
    Since then I work through VNC with all torrents kept on Force Start.
    Speed is good but,I encountered another problem.
    I downloaded aprox.115GB,two torrents were stopped. I received the message : error disk full.
    Technical support on a scale from 1-10,my rating is 4.
    Speed between 3-8MB dow/up. In conclusion, should keep an eye on it all the time.
    Your choice if you want to try this seedbox.

    P.S.
    My old problems disappeared and everything works normally now.
    I hope to be like that until the end of month,when my contract expires.

    I have to preface this review with my kudos for T-I. I stumbled upon it when reviewing seedbox companies. When I found the seedbox review section of T-I, it was a huge relief. Very up to date info with peoples' opinions. I originally wanted to go with a couple of other companies, but after reading reviews here, I decided against it. Only wish I had done the same with UltraSeeds. More about that in a sec.

    So thanks to T-I for providing great info for me. I joined T-I just to be able to rate the Ultraseeds, but have stuck around because of the great community here.

    Now to the review:

    Name: Ultraseeds
    Speed: 100 Mbps
    Support: They went past the standard 72 hour time to set me up. I had to file a complaint with Paypal to get a response. Within 10 minutes of that response I was hooked up. Other response has been horrible. I'll detail it below.
    GUI: Utorrent WebUI
    Speed of GUI: speed is ok. It's my first box so I don't have anything to compare to.
    Package: Economy 2
    Price: $10
    Overall rating: 8/10 , while it was working for about 3 weeks. Hasn't worked properly since then.

    Now some details.
    In my welcome email, they copy and pasted wrong information, overstating the restrictions of my account. More space and more active torrents than expected. I thought cool! I got a great deal! Three weeks later my account was frozen and I contacted Tech Support who then informed me I was way over on my account. I sent them a copy of their email to me to explain my situation and within the next 24 hours had deleted almost everything off the server. They said everything was okay fine and dandy and that I could proceed as normal.... not quite the truth.

    I have not been able to successfully finish torrents since then. I can add a torrent, and it will get to about 23% regardless the size and it dies. I have restarted Utorrent and done everything they have suggested with no success. Pretty bummed. Very bummed actually.

    Tech Support:
    With the info above, I contacted tech support three times over three days before my subscription renewed. No response. My subscription renewed (big mistake) and I contacted Tech Support 5 times over the next three days, still no response. I finally escalated a complaint to PayPal and finally heard from support, who just asked how much space I was taking. I told them I was at about 25% capacity of my allotment and didn't hear from them again for two more days.

    So longer story, short, the service worked great for three weeks and hasn't worked since then. Unfortunately my service renewed and now I'm stuck having paid for a service that still does not work and Tech Support will not answer my emails.

    TWO RECOMMENDATIONS:
    1. Please pay a little more and go with someone else. People have told me wonderful things about Feral. It's about 30% more expensive, but the support is fantastic and they're top-notch.
    2. If you are new to boxes and want to test one out on a restricted budget, use these guys for the first month, but be sure to cancel the subscription so it doesn't automatically renew. I wish at 3 weeks I had canceled my account and moved somewhere else.

    I'll keep you guys updated. Hopefully Utraseeds reads this and responds to my emails. I know they know who I am....
