With that kind of service, i would not recommend buying form Ultraseeds.
I agree, they strung me along via email for more than a week and still have not opened up economy 4/5 for sale. Poor customer service to say the least.

Which email are you getting responses out of? I have sent three emails to 'support at ultraseeds' and have yet to get an answer.

Just got this response after requesting a refund:
"The setup time is nearly 72 hrs just wait for few more hrs you should get
your box ."
I'm really enjoying the part where they aren't giving me a choice other than to wait instead of giving the refund I wanted... /sarcasm
EDIT: Looks like they have removed their Christmas specials page and have now added a 1Gbps (shared) page. They finally added an estimated setup time too.

I'm really starting to get upset with these guys... I just want my money back, I don't want to sit around and wait.
The day the new boxes came up for sale, I asked for a refund on my previous box that hadn't arrived yet and then purchased one of their new packages. I got my refund that same day and the new box was up within 48 hours of my purchase.
Despite the previous wait, I am so far satisfied with the service. The speeds are seemingly typical for the setup (I have yet to fully test it), and support has generally been responsive within 24 hours.
