How are the speeds on the 2009 packages? How long are the setup times?

I bought it about 10pm and it was ready to go at 6am. He didn't start the setup right away though which didn't matter as I would have been asleep anyways. I'm seeing about 5mb/s right now on a movie. I will download more torrents tonight/tomorrow and report back.

Sounds good. Thank you for the update, I'm trying to make up my mind of which company to go with and reading about the horror story posts before these ones about the issues with the 2010 plans.

Ya don't worry about the 2009 plans, they are solid. The 2010 plans were with different providers namely digicube who screwed everyone. The 2009 are with OVH, specifically finland's OVH where they report you can still have unlimited bandwidth so it's a safe bet to go with.

Downloaded a few more things. Got between 14-18mb/s overall.

Edit: Upload currently is floating at 2-3mb/s

I got my 2009+ medium box 48 hours ago after paying for a 2010 on February 18th. Long delay for the for the box delivery but I understand given what has happened with Digicube.

However, my box has been less than stellar so far. Initially it was great as it was a new box and it had very few users so I had most of the pipe to myself, so the speeds were excellent. Box crashed a little over 24 hours ago. Apparently the box has some stability issues and they have opened a ticket with OVH. It is still down at the time of this post.

I will post a more detailed review once the stability issues have been resolved and I put the box through its paces.

I can't seem to find a finland ovh =S This is what they told me however...hmmm..
