The difference between Ex20 and Sx20 is the following: on SX20 plan they guarantee that your UP/Down speed would be no less than 20 MB/s (and, according to reviews, up to 50 MB\s). Of course, if there is a little number of seeders and a large number of leechers. On Ex20 they don't guarantee this, they only guarantee speed up to 20 MB\s (it means that your speed sometimes may be 10 MB/s or 5 MB/s or 18 MB/s, or 25 MB/s). Also SX20 have 1GB RAM, instead of 512MB which they offer in EX20. And Ex20 cheaper than Sx20 for 70 USD (if you purchase sx20 for 3 month, then Ex20 would be cheaper for 20 USD).
