completely agree, if they make a mistake they will not refund or even extend your usage. Advise everyone to advoid

Ordered an seedbox a few months ago, they didn't replied. Asked a refund via Paypal and the box was up in no-time. Went good for about 2 months. Then the servers were down and didn't came back up, but they still send me an invoice. I didn't pay, they didn't reply so end of story.

I signed up earlier because it looked good on paper. I regretted it soon -- After several days, they still have not set up my box, or responded to any of my tickets. -- and am looking for a refund. Hopefully they will honor the TOS and give it.

Price: $8 - 5/5... on paper, anyways. In actuality, 2/5, because the quality is so bad.
Specs: 1 Gbit, dedicated, unlimited torrents, 8 GB HDD space. 5/5 on paper, 2/5 in reality.
Speed: Not good at all. Of course you're not actually going to get a dedicated Gbit line for $8 per month. But I was getting about 1-2 MB/s max -- not good at all, even for $8. The fact that they would pretend to give you a Gbit dedicated line for 8 bucks doesnt speak very well for their honesty. 2/5
Support: Absolutely horrible. They advertise 6 hours or less to setup your box. I waited a week. I've left several support tickets, and have not gotten a response in 5 days. Their TOS says that if your box is not set up in 48 hours, you can get a refund. I've requested one, but I have no idea if they will honor it at all. You can't get a refund if they don't even respond to you.

The finally responded to my request for a refund -- after more than 3 weeks. And they had the nerve to flat out lie about what their TOS says. Their TOS explicitly says that if your seedbox is, for any reason, not set up in 48 hours, you can get a refund.
The customer service representative flat out lied and said that "No, the TOS does not say that", even when I linked and quoted their own TOS page!
These guys are beyond "bad service" -- they are borderline crooks.

Just another post + update to emphasize how bad these guys are, so help make sure that as few people here as possible gets screwed over by them!
After replying on my support ticket to try and get a refund, they simply ignored me, closed the ticked, and of all things, had the nerve to bill me again!
If I could sue these people, I might, just because I am so pissed.
