Speed: Atrocious. I never finished a torrent with a download average of even 3mB/s. Some torrents would sometimes peak as high as 14-20mB/s, but once this happened, the box would become completely unresponsive for several minutes and average download speed would end up being like 500kB/s. Capping download did not solve these problems. When I would add torrents to the box and my home connection, my home connection would ALWAYS beat the box in ratio. Even on a fresh ScT pack (which always max my upload on any box or connection I've had), upload would not go over 2mB/s. My home connection is 25/25, so the reason I get a seedbox is for extremely high upload speeds.

Support: Average response time is approximately 24 hrs, but answers are not helpful whatsoever

GUI: Transmission webui or remote desktop

Speed of GUI: Very slow, the box often becomes unresponsive for several minutes after adding a torrent

Very poor support but seedbox was setup within an hour.

The download/upload it starts promising, but crumble in the middle of action.
Download speed is between 2-6 MB and upload 1-4 MB,but not always.
The support is based on ticket system,but I didn't received any answer since last 2 days.
On good trackers like : SCC,HDBits,etc you don't have any chance.
In my opinion : choose anything else.

P.S.
Those torrents have 3-4 days old.

Thanks for the info, these prices aren't 1/2 bad.

This so called SSD and 100Mbps have great difficulites to seed to 1:1 even on easy to seed sites like IPT. But the truly worst part is how slow the torrents rechecks. It took four days (yes that's right, days!!) to recheck a 40Gig torrent.

My advice: use anything else.

But after reading this thread - I'm not sure I want to invest in these guys.
