Speed: 100mbs (has some 95/5 policy which I don't understand - drops you to 10mbps with a fair usage policy for a day if I understood well)
Support: avg time of response is 3 hrs on tickets, very good - was setup in less than 12 hours, perfect for a dedicated server (shared to 2 users)
GUI: anything you like - you have access with ssh and can install whatever you want on ubuntu and its web interface
Speed of GUI: if you put more than 25 torrents set refresh to 2 seconds otherwise it doesn't work that well
Package: shared dedicated server to 2 people (Athlon LE1660, 2GB RAM, 250GB HD to share with quota - 115GB per user)
Price: 26 euro per month (you can pay 19 for a celeron 1.2 processor but that limits things you can do or 28 for windows server)
Overall rating: 9/10



It works well and you also get a linux box to experiment on. First thing to do it go to synaptics and remove un-needed packages which will add up to processor usage like sound/video apps and services. Waiting for the 2nd user to get on to check speeds - prolly cut at half which is more than good :)

I've had this Box for a few months and haven't had any problems, setup time was very fast, in a few hours I received an email from them with all the info needed to get started.
It has Ubuntu Linux on it, you can install whatever utorrent version you need and setup the webgui for easy access, you can also remote control in using the Nx client software, setup instructions are available on their support website.
Overall I'm happy with them and will continue to use them.
