I think this company oversells ... On peak time, if there's active disk activity like download or copying files, the system is like hangs. I couldnt even do "ls" in terminal.
Terrible.
And the worst... no refund although I just had been using it for 1 day.
Next time i will ask for refund policy before going through something.

Just thought i'd give these guys some love after being with them for around 6 months. I switched from feral to this and saw a CONSIDERABLE improvement in speeds and service. Would recommend every time.

Well, after the initial headache of getting things started and constantly trying to get help from support group, things were rolling along great. You just have to figure how everything works and it will be good but the admin (seller) himself doesn't know much of anything... just the support people ONLY. Only time he helps you is if he remembers what the support guy said, lol.
But I will definately come back because I know how it works and the price is quite fair for the packages. GUI is super fast... and doesn't slow down the upload speeds.
so do they have unmetered bandwidth or u get capped after some time ?

I had one of their plan I was satified, a problem seting me up but after that it was very good at his price
one support guy is good and best SCRIBE
owner Mike does not know anything except to accept payments and he tries to show he is very busy
they all are very slow, but u can learn a lot from SCRIBE and some other guys,
I don't know whether Scribe is still their or not

Overall, I love the service that they provide. The box is on Linux, so you should know something about the OS to be able to install applications or you can get help from the staff on IRC. Scribe is one angel on IRC, he helps a lot of people to install applications and on the forums you can find tutorials for various application installation. The only problem I have is the HDD size, it's 250GB, bigger HDD would be awesome, but nevertheless, I never had problems with my box from the time I installed rtorrent+rutorrent webui. I switched from Xirvik to fastsh.it, because xirvik did not complete my simple request, after 7 email's I sent, I did not get the result I want, so I left them. I suggest you to try these guys out, full root access is awesome.
