Other Thoughts:
I don't have anything to compare this too as it was my first seedbox. I didn't know what to expect. Most of the site is rather easy to figure out, but some links I found were dead. When seeding a torrent, you have preset profiles that seed for 100%, 500%, 2000%, and 5000% and the larger seed ratio you select the slower the upload speed is capped. I had 4 torrents freeze up on me. One froze up on the first occasion. I opened a support ticket and it was reset within the next day log on. The second time two torrents froze up leaving me with only 1 download/upload slot for a day. The third occasion the torrent froze, but I was able to delete it this time, where I wasn't able to the first two occasions. I believe you are on a shared line with 2 other people sharing a common harddrive, and if someone else has a torrent already on the HD you will get an error when trying to upload the torrent on your account. Can easily be fixed though by renaming the torrent file name.
