Further info: Very nice support. I ordered it. In about 30 min i got an email saying ""Tnx for payment we are setting up your server"" In 15 min it was set up. I begin downloading it goes 3mb/s max and i have already reached 2.5 mb upload. I am very satisfied with the result hope it stays this way

update: I know realized how much of cheat and scammers people can be. It went well for the first week adn then boom for 3 days haven't been able to upload foe more than 100 kb/s and download with more than 200 kb/s. The gui get's stuck every on every torrent i add. And all of what thos god damn monkey's say is : ""We haven't changed anything sir" Bunch of scammers TBH don't go with them. I am pissed right now
