wel i orderd my seedbox from these guys after reading reviews and i had used one with them before which was great but this time its not been great at all i was tiold 12 hours to set up to be fair ti was done before that time but i couldnt download anything off it i get a xml error so i sent them support ticket an got one back saying they had fixed it bout 2 hours later when i go to sign in the seedbox wont even load so i figured i try the onlien suport spoke to a guy there who got the seedbox back on but i stil had my xml error after they said was fixed they said they would have a look at it and get back to me not heard anything yet since than an i cant even access my seedbox now, so dissapionting compared to last time

Yep I'm still waiting for a new seedbox since 01/28/10 (give or take a couple of days). In my case it may be a bit harder to resolve, as we had the "Christmas Deal" 400 Gig HD; 1GBit Line; 15 Torrent; Un-metered

We paid for 6 months, and haven't been able to use it from day one.....

People are starting to get pissed now...

Remember this is only my opinion based in the experience i had with this provider,

Name: Superseedbox
Plan: Copper Plan
Speed: Well if your a user that likes to have at least 6+ active torrents forget this is not a plan for you, max dwd speed i saw 11mb/s, max up 4mb/s.
Gui speed: The most basic utorrent gui but with good speeds.
Ftp speed: With some timeouts here and there but overall great speeds.
Price: 19.99$
Ratting: 7.5/10
Opinion:
The first thing u notice when you buy this seedbox is that all links in the user section are broken, the second is that your gui is fast yes but doesnt have almost any options either. About the support.., well if you try to contact them via email forget you will probably not going to receive any reply so i suggest you contact them via msn or something like that. About the speed.. meh im not going to say much since this depends on a lot of aspects but as i said before if you want more than 6 active torrents forget.
Either way for an admin that is concerned about what is wrong with the seedbox and that offers even better condicions than the original plan, i give them one more point.

I've been a customer of superseedbox for several months now, so I will give a new review.

Speed: 100MBit, I hit the peak always using popular torrents on TL or SCC.
Support: Good, they want to make sure everything is alright with your seedbox. Very polite and friendly.
GUI: uTorrent
Speed of GUI: Very fast.
Package: Copper Plan Semi-Annual + Dedi IP (20GB storage)
Price: Superseedbox' standard prices are already pretty low, but if you take a 3-month or 6-month plan you might discount, so the prices are really sharp.
Overall rating: 9/10

Speed: Speed is actually what i expect. dl peak 10mb/s, up peak 6mb/s. average 6mb/s down, 4mb/s up.
Support:Their live chat support is excellent,very professional. Setup time within 2 hours.

Opinion: only 15.4$, you could get 35G ,6 active torrent, expecially has RSS FEED. I have goole a lot of seedbox provider.but this one provider the most reasonable price with very good quality.

P.S. if pay more than 3 months, there will be extra discount.

Just purchased the bronze plan today, hopefully these guys are good as everyone says they are. I'll post back with a review in a week.
