When I signed up on Tuesday, there were some difficulties--the site went down and my account info seemed to have disappeared--but within 24 hours from signup my account was set up.

This is my first seedbox, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but I can say unequivocally that I am very satisfied so far. The speeds are great, the interface is responsive, and the email I sent to support was responded to in a timely manner.

Only down side is you cant manage the client yourself. What i mean is that when bitmetv recently banned the 1.8.1 version of utorrent i needed to raise a support ticket to get the version on my seedbox upgraded

Well here I am again one month later after I first got my seedbox, I upgraded to a new plan, Gold this time. All I can say is I'm really satisfied with it, my speeds are awesome, my ratios are too. Great service at a great price!

Support: 9/10 verry good and friendly took a day because of some misunderstanding but normally they set your seedbox up in 30 mins.

Speed of GUI: max i had was 5 but mostly around 3 or 4 mb. upl most i got was 1.5mb but i think i didnt have the best torrents yo upload yet.
