My biggest and really only complant is the fact that there is an upload cap. 1TB for the Helium and 2 TB for Neon. It only takes about a week to reach those limits and then you either pay £10 more more 1TB of upload bandwidth or sit there with a useless seedbox for 3 more weeks. Another thing I found out was that any files you download to your home connection are also counted as upload, maybe that is normal though, I am still pretty new to this whole scene.

I was very impressed with the speeds and general quality of this provider. I used the support and had a fast polite response. I LOVED that they have a VPN install - I wish all companies did this. Using their VPN resulted in my demonoid ratio updating properly (for the first time ever).

There were only 3 things which stopped this getting a 10 and being my permanent provider:

1) 1TB upload cap is too little. Ok the price is low and quality is high but even light users are going to get through this fast (more on this in point 2). You also need to take into account that your FTP downloads eat out of the cap so technically you can only download a maximum of 500GB if you seed 1:1. Most people seed more than 1:1 so this is actually much lower.

2) rutorrent lacks the plugin to throttle individual torrent upload speeds. This means the new users are likely to eat through their cap much sooner. You can indirectly throttle by changing the number of upload slots or total upload speed but this is a bad way of doing it.

3) The VPN won't let you access your own Transmission or Deluge installs (due to them running on non-standard ports - rutorrent, however, can be accessed fine). It just means the additional step of disconnecting from the VPN when uploading your torrent files if you use those clients.

Other than those points, this is one of the best boxes I've used. If you're a light user then don't hesitate going with this company. For £10 you can't go wrong.

Gets limited on uploads after amount. ALL packages have just been increased mine was 2TB and I hit it a few times but now 5TB.

OMG, this is my second seedbox and i'm really glad to be part of this seedbox. I never had a problem and the velocity is just awesome, in my last seedbox i lose a lot of mb autosnatching, with this i never lose one mb. :)
