So after the speeds bottomed out on my other seedbox I decided to try these guys. Paid my money which was 20€, no setup fees and waited. I couldn't find any info on their site about setup times but I had my info delivered in about 12 hours. The Webgui loaded up really fast, adding torrents was a breeze, speed wise has been normal for a 100Mbps line, have reached 11MB/s down and 10MB/s up. Also included in the login details was the VNC details and a guide on how to use it, great for people who are not experienced with VNC and something alot of suppliers don't seem to supply. Creating torrents hasn't slowed the box down at all. The only thing I dislike is having a max amount of active torrents as I am used to unlimited, but I'm sure I'll get used to it.
Overall rating: 10/10 based so far on no support needed and also haven't tried the FTP speeds yet. I will update this review when I have had a chance to test further but from the looks, well worth the money.
Update: sent a support ticket after utorrent crashed, got a reply 12 hours later saying fixed but another issue came about right after they fixed it, sent another ticket and was resolved in 2 minutes. FTP speeds also max out my home line.

Time for an update to this review. My opinion on this company has just changed. Went to grab a torrent today to find out my seedbox has been cancelled with no explanation at all. No answers to any support ticket or emails over this so far.Originally Posted by staffrodore

Fast setup time, 24 hours, a few crashes but mostly the problem is the machine ressources, disk was overloading all the time when download speed exceeded 4 Mo/s, so it was very hard to attain good upload speeds when downloading wich is a real problem on high level tracker like SCT or BitmeTV.
It was an honest offer considering the price...

They are lying to me. They put me on a server with 6 users. Today, at my request, they put me on a server with 4 users but in a couple of hours the new server crashed.
During a month I had 4 tickets.

If it's downloading at more than 8MB/sec the upload speed goes down to under 200KB/sec
I've gotten up to 10MB/sec both upload an download just not at the same time - useless on ScT, SCC, BMTV

I've needed support 3 times, two out of which they took more than 3 days to respond (first time 5 days, second 3)

If I delete a torrent larger than 50GB the GUI is unusable from 30 minutes.

Now the HDD is full with two packs, one 30GB, one 20GB even though it's size is 105GB - this was the last straw.

Speeds were great when you weren't downloading. When downloading however; upload speeds crash to less than 100kb/s - which will kill you on high level trackers. I even capped my download speeds to 5mb/s and it made very little difference to upload speed. Customer service needs a lot of work- some tickets took over 24 hours to receive a response. The GUI speed was great however, hash checks were much faster than other hosting companies I've experienced.
