Support: I've only had to use one time. Email was answered within 45 minutes and they took care of the problem. Good enough.

I'm satisfied with this box. On IPT and TL I hit 8 or 9 Mb/s up and down easy. Sometimes I'm tempted by other plans with more HDD space, but 75 GB is fair for the price. I'm the type that would fill it no matter how much space I had anyway haha. 75 GB is good for the price, and even if another plan had more, I'd be worried about speeds. Overall, I'm happy with xirvik and will be renewing at the end of the month.

What are the general FTP speeds people get with Xirvik?
Honestly, could be much, much better. ~500kb/s on a good day, though I did see it peak at 2 mb/s once, but only for a minute or two, then back down.
Where was your server located? And where are you located?
And I ordered the box, got my receipt thru Payal, and had the box info delivered to me in less than 30 mins. Using it right now, will post thoughts after a few days use.

Everything about this seedbox and its features is great, best seedbox around by FAR!!
Been getting the "Bad link to rtorrent" issue all day yesterday, support over MSN was non responsive, email was responded to in about 16 hrs time, waiting to see what they do because I've restarted rtorrent 4 times already and it seems to be temporary.
Will keep you guys posted.
I'm on the 150GB Semi-dedi German box.
EDIT: The problem was finally fixed, after well over 24 hrs, and several email exchanges. Cant say I'm "too" impressed. Missed out on the Bitme FL weekend!
