Speed: 10/10 - Speeds are, as advertised, guaranteed 200/200Mbp/s burstable up to 1Gbit/s. I've been getting an average speed of 20~30Mbp/s, with occasional 60~70Mbp/s peaks on newly added packs.
Support: 10/10 - I went to their IRC channel for a couple of questions before ordering and they replied pretty quick. Setup time was also quick.
