    You don't have to be rude with me. I just tell you i've paid, but you say it is false, just telling you don't respect your ToS, but just avoid it.
    Ok, if you want, i don't understand what rtorrent & rutorrent needs, but i tell you it is not the problem, but just ignore it.

    Continue to tell for nothing, it will not change the reality, you don't respect your ToS.

    (Actually three days of trying to honestly assist you and help you to understand what is going wrong, it wasn't being rude it was short & bitter truth.

    I just tell you i've paid,
    (we know you've paid and you got your service but you fail to see why 512MB Ram cant do what you want it to physically do)

    but you say it is false,
    (not once have we ever said you didn't pay ?)

    just telling you don't respect your ToS, but just avoid it.
    (Oh we don't ? Never had any other members have any issues ? Common sense needs to play an active role in both sides you cannot just pin the blame on us if you don't understand the logistics of it aka the server not being able to run rtorrent & rutorrent and everything else you had on there at the same time)

    (How have we just ignored it i offered you more than 8 times to give you a free 1GB of RAM to help you get passed your issue but you told us that isn't the issue ? I personally looked over your config and other various things but you just wont accept that so little ram is not working with with the many things you want it to do)

    (Not sure what the above has to do with anything ? We worked with you 100% we offered guidence and a FREE upgrade to help you on your way with what you wanted to achieve)

    Refund/Exchange Policy.


    Customers are entitled to apply for a refund up to 72 hours after their paid service is first activated. This policy does not apply to our Dedicated systems, however exceptions are made for hardware faults. Refunds do not include any fees associated with Software Installations performed by BoxSlots. Refundees will be charged a standard rate of £0.10 per GB transferred within the 72 hour time period, this will be taken into consideration and deducted when a refund is given. Shared hosting customers are able to apply for a refund, however the price of the domain name will not be included. This policy also applies to package transfers.
    If you are terminated due to a violation of our terms of service you agree that you will not receive any partial refunds and that this shall be considered a reasonable estimate of the liquidated damage and not a penalty.



    If mike31 did in fact asked for it within 72 hours, why is it that you didn't make a refund as per your ToS ?

    Actually, he didn't ask for a refund until day 3, as i said to him, if you want to air your laundry tell both sides. I have nothing to defend here i'm simply putting both sides out can it not be the case of the client is wrong for a change ? that'll be the day huh.

    Okay I think the argument has run its course. Both sides have had a chance to tell their side of their story. Now lets be done with it and move on. Time for some other members to leave their reviews.

    If I feel like I'm being ignored again I will start handing out infractions for ignoring staff instructions. I usually don't like handing them out unless its absolutely necessary. Read the sticky I made in this section, read Dave's sticky, read my previous warnings in this thread and others in this section, leave one properly formatted review per thread and be done with it, and this is directed to our seedbox providers - members are perfectly allowed and encouraged to give honest reviews. There is nothing wrong with them giving a bad review as long as they aren't being huge jerks about it. You don't need to argue with every bad reviewer, I'm sure there's plenty of good reviews to balance out the bad ones.


    This is my absolute last warning about this.

    I overall liked the experience of Boxslots. It had good speeds upload and download for the price. FTP speeds were good for ftp. Has unlimited bandwidth which is nice. The only thing is they canceled my box 3 days early of my subscription period.
