They don't have the typical packages, instead you select the hdd size you want (8-400gb) and the speed you want (5-200Mbps dedicated) and the price is based on that. Minimum package 8gb/5Mbps @ 0.99 Euro, max 400Gb/200Mbps @ 28 Euros.
The speed is truly dedicated both download/upload and I constantly max out with the right torrents.

Access is only ruTorrent and FTP, no SSH. Although they are planning on adding options, however they wont add root ssh.



N/B: If you follow them (@useed_org) on twitter and ask, they give you a free voucher for a 6-7 day free trial. No payments or info needed. That's how i got started. Loved the service so much I bought one.


EDIT:
According to the latest reviews and what I've heard from a few other members it seems like useed has changed a lot. The speeds have apparently dropped for a lot of pple and support tickets are not being responsed to as quickly as when I was a customer of theirs. Please not that this review was made a couple months ago and do not base your decision to purchase from them on this review alone, please read the newer ones as well before deciding to go with them. I cannot change my review at this time becasue it was accurate when I posted it, however I feel it is only fair to mention this so that others are not misled into expecting a similar experience.

Not for their seedboxes. max is 200mbps. But its fully dedicated so you always get the max speed with the right torrents.

You can see the speed is getting its bandwidth max.The staff is very kind.And support is fast.
Adding torrents is very soon.But there are still some troubles.e.g.I have just been failed in deleting a torrent with rutorrent.The files still stayed there.(They say:it's a well known rutorrent bug,but I will never see it in any other boxes or rtorrent)Now it is a big problem not just to me I think.Good news they are beta-testing ajaxplorer now.
Wish they can improve the servive to meet our need.
PS:Is this listening port 1xxxx ok in Private Trackers(If you want ,you can ask them to change to what you need).They changed the listening port to 6xxxx,but a few day later it returns to 10026.Ask them change it again!
Sometimes the torrents show this status.
Later:I change to a 125MB/125Gb package,and the Maximum memory usage they give is 700MB.Then speed can not get the bandwidth max always.

The port has to do with the ISPs, not the trackers. Lower ranges are blocked sometimes from the ISPs but as long as you get your max speed this is not a problem.

Problems. I cannot access my rutorrent many times tonight. When I can, it has the message "rutorrent has timed out"

Anybody else having these problems? This seems like a decently priced service, it'd be nice to know it was reliable.
