    Speed of GUI: 9/10 (ruTorrent have manual restarting yet, the best using uTorrent with Wine)

    I was impressed with the speed in first days (today is 10º day using), after new clients comes the speed down but still good, now the server i shared is "full of habitants".

    Cons. are the waiting time for setup (72hrs.), they took all this time. I swear it's worth the wait.

    Speed: 100 mbps - supposed to be. It is terrible, my DSL line is faster
    Support: 1/10 - as I don't use stuff like MSN no support for me
    GUI: 4/10 - unsecure password and can't change it
    Speed of GUI: 9/10 - however I have only couple of torrents loaded, so can't really tell
    Package: Basic 225 GB - there is no 225 GB LOL. HDD is over-croded-used
    Price: 20 bucks
    Overall rating: 2/10

    Currently using 3+ seedboxes, so I can tell that speeds are terrible. They are like 5 to 6 times slower than a normal 100 mbps line should have. Currently uploading at 71 kbit XD. Their boxes seem to be oversold with a big O.

    For the last 36 hours the Rtorrent is down and no one cares. Speeds got better before death though.

    Totally crap. Never saw +1mb/s on upload. THAT'S RIGHT! Rtorrent crashes all the time. They have never replied an of my e-mails. today its 9th day and two days ago I asked for a refund of the remaing days as its stated on their site but GUESS WHAT? No response at all until now.

    2 days us the royal plan speed is damn shit.. i cancel the my box. refund the my money 2days later.

    I am on my 2nd week with this provider so I can't really rate or review. But here is my thoughts:

    For speed wise, below are some of my screenshots from this provider .
    (A note: Based on my experience with other seedbox providers, generally speed varies according to seeders/peers and whether if one could connect to those peers and make a handshake with them to send the piece that the peers want. Seeing a high numbers of peers at the private tracker site doesn't guarantee you will connect to most of them as some peers may "unwittedly" using ipfilter that block seedbox server (such as OVH and Leaseweb). Before I started using seedboxes, I was one of those who wasn't aware that the ipfilter that I downloaded online (the bluetack ip filter) had block some of these server. Having a high numbers of peers also doesn't always mean I will get high upload speed as I am not the only one using seedbox and/or whether those peers maybe already making handshake with other peers. And for popular torrent with many seeders/peers, if I accidentally pause/stop the torrent, that will mean I will got out of the queue and it's harder to grasp back the same upload speed before when I start the job again.)

    I don't create torrent at the rutorrent, and I didn't had any reason to force hash checking.

    For support wise, I received the necessary support from MSN as my mail which I sent on the first day of using the seedbox had never got answered. Since then, I had always use MSN. And most of my problem were rectify prompt enough (took lesser than half a day to resolved). Except one issue (see below).

    The only problem I had : The rutorrent webgui takes forever to load and this happened quite often. I encountered this even on the first day after adding 5 torrents. When it works, it was loading alright. However, sometime (or rather very often) it can take several minutes, half-hour or for several hours. Usually when such scenario happened with my other seedbox, if a restart script was not in-placed, most of the time, all the torrents would have ceased seeding/downloading. A request to the provider to restart to the rtorrent was necessary. However, for seedboxstore as far as I can tell, the rtorrent (back end) hasn't crashed as the torrents are still seeding at the private tracker after I login to the private tracker site to check the seeding/downloading status. For me I can tell from my private tracker site based on the way they display the ratio statisitic whether a restart had occur with my seedbox. So far my seedbox from this provider has not restarted. The only time it had to be restarted was because I recently contact the support about one issue and had them resolved.

    The slow rutorrent webgui loading problem had me thinking whether if it was due to either them modifying setting or fixing/installing something for other users on the same box, or whatever other reasons. As I can see they modified the rtorrent setting where they change the upload slot and number of peers/seeds and I also see their attempt to install the autodl-irssi which wasn't there before.

    I also did a search online as regard to the slow rutorrent webgui loading, and chance upon a thread https://forum.xirvik.com/showthread....Slow-ruTorrent .

    I hope seedboxstore will try work on improving the rutorrent webgui loading issue. Because I seem to be an odd one out, my overall experience with the box and the support up till now wasn't bad at all, except for the slow rutorrent page loading. Probably I didn't had high expectation as well.

    Whatever experiences I had at the moment may varies from yours. Similarly your experiences maybe different from mine.

    I know how some of you didn't like using MSN. I don't usually uses MSN as well. But having a live support was really nice. Because if I could get to them and speak to a real person fast, my problem could be resolved much earlier.

    My past experience with seedbox without some form of live support, for some, I had to wait quite a while for them to see my email due to regional time difference. And by the time I see their reply, another regional time diffrence take into effect. All adds up to be quite many hours (which could translate to days). But of course, there were some which really response fast to email/tickets.

    So if you were to use the live support, remember regardless whatever displeasure or frustration, be civilized. And each time you initiate a chat session, remember to mentioned your seedbox id or seedbox name upfront so they know which seedbox you are referring to.

    After using for 2 week plus, the rtorrent was down. Contacted the seller-support both via email and MSN (leaving offline msg as he never seem to be online at MSN ever since I last post here). I met the same fate just like everyone else had reported, he does not respond. And soon after, even way before my box term was up, I was not able to access the box or server to retrieve my data. In total, I had an usage of only 2 week plus for a month seedbox.

    So in case anyone else unknowingly thinking of signing up with this company, should read up all other user reports from the thread below and exercise caution about signing up.
