My seedbox has been unavailabe for the best part of nearly 2 weeks now.
I have raised 3 tickets with support.
I can login to my account but thats about it, no ftp access(denied)
and web interface not working
My deal was
100gb
100mbps
unlimited bandwidth
for £9.95 pm
can anyone recommend any similar deals... with BETTER customer service? lol

You could check out seednet.eu the customer service is excellent there, only reason i am not with them still is that i have moved onto a dedi box elsewhere.
What i like best about seednet.eu is that you get a VM server control panel sorta thing where you can do all sorts of stuff and espcially re-install whatever OS you want cent os with utorrent, rutorrent, ubuntu, whatever floats for your boat! ;)

I would suggest feralhosting.. For the price, they are pretty good.
I only ever used them, pretty much when they first come about. It was the £15 a month plan.. So a little over ur budget.. But I couldnt complain at the time.. That was a little over 12 months ago.
