Thread: Question: Public Trackers on Seedboxes

So, I'm about to start up a fresh seedbox for the first time (Once my order is processed). I'm a bit curious about one of the rules, I figured I'd ask here instead of bothering the seedbox providers support.

One of the rules my new provider has is 'No Public Trackers'. The thought had crossed my mind to use it to buffer empornium. The site is always 'open registration' but it does require a membership to use. Would this be considered a 'public' tracker by a seedbox provider?

if you can't download torrent without register then is this site private, public trackers are TPB,mininova ...

Need to register if you want download torrents -> private
No need to register to download torrent -> public
