why do they seem soo cheap?



Has anyone tried them?
-what was your plan/experience?

a bunch of users here, myself included tried them. We found the experience to be terrible. MikeD was one of the users, i'm sure he will chime in. The main thing with us was that the speeds were not there.

Do not, i repeat DO NOT.

We had HUGE issues with them, and we spend thousands of euros with them. Servers didn't work at all initially, network performance sucks at best. It was really hard work to get even 20M/s for their 1Gbps service.

Their 1Gbps servers do less than OVH 100mbps servers.

In the end they refused to even reply to us, they scammed us from a lot of money, and the total damage they did to our business exceeds 15 000euros. They never even delivered all the servers, only about half of them.

They did not even provide invoices for all the payments, meaning that they probably directly pocketed the money and did tax fraud with the payments we sent. Not sure tho, but our accountant wasn't very happy about the fact.

Let alone the network problems. Huge packet loss 24/7 is just one example.

Yeah, just like jb and NuCode said, do not use Digicube unless your ready to lose some money. Me, jb and a bunch of other users here tried them like 6 months ago and it was the worse experience ever. Not only did we have tons of issues, they wouldnt refund us in the end either. Plus it was 3 months we paid for upfront.

Not only that, but like NuCode said, they and Custom i believe, had a big time, bad experience with them. So i would just stay away.
