don't you know windows explorer has integrated ftp client?
I use cyber duck on Mac OSX. It's free and works great. I get 1.3mb/s down from my seedbox but that's mostly because I have an 18mb/1.5mb connection through ATT uverse.
filezilla and winscp ftw.
Does anyone actually know if one client can give you better speeds over another or is it completely dependent on your ISP and the connection to your server?
I've used FileZilla, CuteFTP, & CyberDuck on Mac OSX
I've used FileZilla, CuteFTP, WinFTP, & FlashFXP in Vista
