It grabs the .torrent files and put them into a hidden folder at your documents and settings. If you want to see that file you have to find the folder and in my case is C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\uTorrent and you wil see all the torrents you have downloaded.
However from utorrent's prefences/directories you can choose where the .torrents will be saved and monitor this folder.


*ps. utorrent and every client has to get the .torrent file in order to put it in the list of torrents even if it's paused.
