Thread: I need some help with a seedbox

I just got my first seedbox at superseedbox and i have know idea how to use it all i want to do is download from a privet tracker and then to my pc if someone could help me out i would appreciate it.i mean im a total noob i dont know how to use it at all,i downloaded
FileZilla to and have no idea how to set it up.thanks

Hey buddy,

I am staff/tech at SuperSeedbox and will help u out. So after u download and install FileZilla, just use the login info that we have provided you in your email. You should see a line that says "FTP Information" in your email. U would put this info into the fields in FileZilla to connect to the FTP server. Once connected to our FTP server, u can then proceed to download files to your home computer by right clicking on the file u want to download and by choosing "download"

To use the webui to download from the tracker, u would first go to the tracker and find the .torrent u want to download. Next, download and save the .torrent to your home computer. Then go to the webui, with the login we have provided u, and press the first button on the left which is the "add .torrent" button. After u press this button another window will pop open showing u all your file directories on your home computer. U will then browse to where u saved the .torrent file and when u find it u want to double click it. Finally the torrent will show up in the webui and start to download/seed.

ok i opened the gui and added the torrent that i downloaded and its just sitting there says downloading but its not doing anything and says this in the logger
[00:21:38] JS error: [1] missing } in XML expression,so i cant download from a tracker to the gui.another thing is that when i go to the preferences in the utorrent gui its empty.

Ok i will look into this for u and test & fix it. Please pm me just your webui username we have provided u in your email. Or u could submit a support ticket describing in detail your issues and it will be handled there. You could also go to Live Chat, but i wont be online there for another 3 hours.
