I signed up for the 165GB - 1Gbps plan as the price for what they offered seemed reasonable. After 4 days of no updates I was finally able to track down an admin on IRC who let me know they needed more people to signup before they would start the box.
I got sick of waiting and Xirvik came out with the new unmetered offer so I decided to cancel my order with them. I opened up a support ticket on their site to get my payment refunded.
Logged in today to find my support ticket and my payment are gone from the site but no refund has been issued to my paypal account.
Jumped on IRC and was told by someone that there paypal account has been blocked and they are in the process of getting it sorted out.
What do you think...? Should I give them the benefit of the doubt and wait a few days to see if it sorts itself out or should I start a payment dispute with paypal right now?
