Ok, so I have a few ideas in my head, and would quite like opinions.



What would you pay for...

160 gb hd
1gb/s shared between 6 users (so roughly 160 mb/s each)
And then rtorrent/torrentflux (if you really wanted) with choice of gui.

How much would you be willing to pay?

(its one of those stupid ovh resellers so limited to 3tb a month till its throttled down to 10mb/s)


What other specs would be looking for (prices willing to pay too!)

if its only 3tb between 6 people, then i wouldnt pay too much, especially since on a 1 gig line, the speed would probably drop quick to 10mb/s. i would think around 20 -30 usd or so. why not look for on that can do 10tb? like a ovh eg server?

300 gig hd each
$30 a month

Sound good?

do we get root access? if so, then yeah it does. also, do we get gui access or is it ssh only? but there is the one time setup fee as well
