you can try Xirvik Torrent, i recommend their servers in france, you apparently get better speeds. however you get no root access. Theres feralhosting.com but they have limits on bandwidth. theres these guys Torrent Seedbox services - Packages and pricing | RapidPeer.com filesharefreak says they are good.

I also recommend the Xirvik plan for 35 bucks. your own ip, more than 200gb worth of space and unlimted torrents and bandwidth. im using it and i really like it. best of all no stinky hidden fees.

TheLetterZ, is it a shared 100mb on that plan? and maybe, can i have a picture of you'r speeds? just pm the picture if its okay?

While i cant provide you with a useful picture, i can tell you that it is indeed shared. It's a semidedicated box with i think 2-3 other users on it, but i do have my own ip address. The pic wont be useful because im not really utilizing it well, but i can say that when i first loaded it up, it was maxing out on both upload and download. Maybe not at the same time, but circumstances change with time and nothing is ever constant from my experience.
