    Default Superseedbox Customer Service issues.

    Has anyone else had trouble contacting Superseedbox support lately? I've been trying for 2 weeks and can't get a response (opened a ticket, left multiple messages for admin on live support, left message on MSN). It's very odd, as I've always heard such good things about superseedbox's support.

    I'm considering opening a dispute with paypal at this point (as the VPS I ordered was apparently set up, but I was never provided the IP address and therefore have been unable to use it)

    Im not a customer of superseedbox, but was over 7-8 months ago and became good friends with the owner over there. I actually just talked to him on Facebook chat like a week ago, but havent seen him on MSN lately. Also, u can try calling him on there phone #. They would answer it when i used to call them and would even call me back when i wasnt a customer just to talk.

    This is odd of him to be doing this cause there always on-line somewhere. In your email did they give u the domain name or anything at all? or u didnt ever get the email period?

    I got the email saying the server had been set up and was operational. However, everywhere where the IP should have been listed it was either blank or Xed out. The nameservers were listed simply as ns1. and ns2. (no domain or ip listed). I'm guessing this is a bug of some sort in the automated mail.

    I did manage to get a person once on the live support, a tech support guy who told me I had to contact admin... but I've left like 4 messages for admin already and no response.

    Im sorry to hear about that. Something is definitely wrong here. If its been over 2 weeks and u still cant get a hold of them so i think u need to file a dispute with PayPal soon. I'd wait a couple more days and if still the same then u gotta do what u gotta do. If u do get a hold of them u need to talk to them about giving u the 2 weeks they owe u.

    I just thought about something and maybe it would work. If u login to there site, which u should have an account for, u can check your emails they send u. Maybe u can view the whole email then without the x'd out stuff. I would try it cause u never know. I hope this all works out for u.

    Already done that. This particular email actually didn't even show up in my gmail inbox (not in spam folder either). I had to go into the account area and click on emails there to find it in the first place.


    Anyways, I guess I'm going to have to open that dispute. It's a shame really, as I've always had good experiences with services I've purchased from SuperSeedbox in the past.

    Yeah it is a shame and im sorry again. Just file the dispute and go with someone else. Its weird and i wonder what happened to them. Anyway, good luck to u in this and it will end up working out.

    Hey there Tim,

    I have the same problem contacting the customer service. My server went down 2 days ago and it is not yet fixed. The first day I managed to contact the technician and the sale's guy and they told me that they know about the issue and that they will fix it soon. but after that, I could not get a hold of them :( At least there is a good fella who was polite and provided me with a temporarily seedbox for now until I get mine back online. 4 days left until my renewal and I'm not sure if i wanna go for another month. The problem is that there is a lot of files on my server that i didn't download to my PC yet. They had issue's with ftp.

    Apologies For the late replies and delayed customer support.
    Its a real shame for superseedbox for this act
    Due to some unavoidable circumstances I had to go out of Town.
    As of now only the sales department has been affected
    The technical support was online all these days..

    But Dont worry
    I am Back
    Will get everything done in next 24 Hours.

    My seedbox has been down for a few days as well. I opened a ticket a few days ago and got a brief reply saying the server was down. Glad to hear Super Mac is Back.
