The links in the OP are going to the TS homepage with nowhere to enter the coupon code? Or is it just me needing more sleep again?

Slow support, but will know the quality soon.

I signed up to their service for 28 days on Friday, however I still haven't received the login details for the box. My seedbox shows as 'pending', and the 28 days started from Friday, rather than from when I receive the details and can actually begin using it. Left a support request, but still heard nothing. Is this common?

If anyone is planning signing up to this service, I suggest you hold fire for now. It's now been 6 days, my money has been taken, and I still have no seedbox. I've left 2 support requests, and also emailed the sales team, and have heard nothing.

Still my box shows as pending, and I'm just hoping I haven't been scammed!

Read my posts above. It was 27th of Feb I signed up, and I've still heard nothing, the owner is AWOL. I raised my dispute to a claim through Paypal, and he's had a week to respond, but still hasn't, he has until tomorrow, otherwise I assume I get my money back.

Dave, why is this still here? Everyone here seems to not like torrentswift.
