does it matters?

I don't recommend it at all. You get much much much better with few more € in Xirvik.

They have slow speeds, slow GUI and the FTP are usualy down. I've use it once and the support isn't good, I mean, really bad.
Don't waste your money with them.

how it's slow?

Uless you want to pay practically nothing (ie ~£3) there are always servers where you have SSH access (which in turn means no limits on things like torrent numbers as you could just install a different torrent client!)

I thought CustomSeedbox looked real cool at first, but then after viewing the About page saw they are based in Australia. I'm at the opposite side of the world meaning slow FTP, but even torrenting can't be that fast since everyone is quite far away from them. Too bad.

Really your best choices are between Feralhosting speed slot and Xirvik's 120 semidedicated server. Xirvik has great set up and support as does feralhosting. Let us know how you like it when you've made your choice.
